Can we bring drinks on the water? Yes, but your bag will be checked before using Ecosurf products. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited under penalty of losing your rental deposit and being banned for life.
Do I have to leave a deposit to rent a board? Yes, a pre-authorization will be required on your card.
If I buy a board, how long can it take to receive it? Between 2 weeks and a month and a half.

I canceled my reservation less than 24 hours before, what happens? We will send you a code to reserve again. Purchases are non-refundable.
Can I change my reservation date? Yes, but it must be done more than 24 hours before the original reservation date.
Can I come with a drone to film myself? No, for security reasons. On the other hand, if you want to install a Go Pro on your board, it is possible.
Does Ecosurf rent helmets or lifebelts? Helmet and rescue belt is included with your rental.
Is Ecosurf responsable for any injury ? No, you will sign a disclaimer before using our products.
